An outline of the phases completed is as follows:
Project Initiation - Initial meetings took place with the client to discuss the exact requirement of the project and to gain an understanding of key drivers and objectives in relation to the delivery.
Technical Worksho - Technical workshops were used to discuss the overall requirement in great detail and to formulate an agreed theoretical technical design.
Discovery & Aud - On site discovery and auditing was carried out to ensure that Platform had a full understanding of the existing environment and to ascertain the risks involved.
Detailed Design - detailed design document
was produced by Platform and was reviewed by
all parties involved prior to submission for approval.
The document provided the client with a workable design that would meet the requirements.
Planning & POC - This phase defined the project plan in preparation for the implementation. Full testing of the proposed procedures was carried out during the Proof of Concept, and the results of which were documented in full for the client.
Implementation - pre-defined staged implementation, starting with the initial offsite
build of the server infrastructure, through to the implementation onsite.
